Victorious Cesar J Guarin Reaches Toronto
November 29, 2009 (Toronto, Ontario) -- Cesar J. Guarin finishes his 24-day, 1,200km distance Global Run: Alay sa Pilipino 2009 - USA-Canada Run at the Toronto City Hall. Handing over the Philippine flag, the Philippine Consul General Alejandro Mosquera (right) warmly welcomes CJGuarin (centre) to Canada, and is joined by the University of the Philippines Alumni Association - Toronto (UPAA-Toronto) President Joe Zagala (left).
